To fast track particular construction needs, the government may elect to have projects performed by it's on-site SABER contractor.  Completing construction in excess of $15 million dollars, the diversity of projects have ranged from new construction of office buildings, roads, and aircraft hangers, as well as repair of walls, latrines, and flag poles.  No project too big or too small!! ThomCo Enterprises Inc has completed in excess of 500 projects totalling more than $50 million dollars.

ThomCo's Housing Maintenance Division under contract with the United States Air Force at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, Florida is currently responsible for providing the day to day maintenance, restoration, preventive maintenance, etc for 680 military family houses.
