About the Job: Commercial Construction Company seeks full-time Estimator to prepare discipline estimates for assigned bids. Compose highly accurate cost information for commercial and institutional projects ranging from $1 M to $5 M. Use in depth estimating software (Timberline, RS Means etc). Must have proven track record of winning projects in the competitive bid market.

Position reports to: Preconstruction Manager within Operations.

• Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontarcts, productivity analysis reports
• Review proosal specificiations, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and content
• Provide complete conceptual (or bid work) and final estimating input on complex projects.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs, estimates, competitive bidding, contract negotiation and value engineering.
