ThomCo is a full service construction, construction management, and facility management company. We provide our clients with extensive knowledge in managing the various facets of construction and its related industries. Receiving SBA 8A certification in 1995 significantly expanded ThomCo’s business opportunities, yet our performance advantage has been maintained through the effective leadership, practical experience, and technical expertise of our management teams.
